Conditions of entry
In order to be eleigiable to win the Apple iPad wifi you must give a valid business card to the each exhibitor, in exchange you will have your Official Event Passport* stamped by each exhibitor at the event. Only fully stamped Passports will be eligible to win the prize.
1. This competition is conducted by No Drama Media, ABN 15 139 620 732. PO Box 921, Manly, NSW, 1655.
2. Entry is open to persons aged 18 years of age, and older, who: (i) the Promoter has invited to enter; (ii) are Australian residents or New Zealand residents; (iii) are not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, and its related companies and agencies associated with this promotion; and (iv) are not precluded by their terms of employment from participating (each an “Eligible Entrant”). “Immediate family” means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural, or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
3. Entry commences at 8:30am on 22/04/10 and closes at 4pm on 23/04/10 (the “Entry Period”). All times are Sydney time.
4. One entry will be allocated to an Eligible Entrant when their answers to the competition questions are received during the Entry Period.
5. The draw will take place at 5:15pm on 23/04/10 at the Sydney Hilton, 488 George St, Sysney, NSW, 2000.
6. The Eligible Entrant whose entry is the first valid entry drawn will win one Apple iPad Wifi valued at AU$695.
7. There is only one prize pool, which consists of one Apple iPad Wifi valued at AU$695. The right of a prize winner to receive a prize is not transferable or exchangeable and their prize cannot be taken as cash.
8. All prizes are valued as at 15/03/10. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values.
9. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winner must be present at the time of the draw and if is not present a redraw will commence immediately.
11. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the “Relevant Parties”), shall not be liable for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred arising out of, or in any way connected with, this competition and its prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from any negligent act or omission of any of the Relevant Parties; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
